Avinex Partners Acted as Mongolian Counsel to Cerberus on Acquisition of Stake in Certain MCS Group

Avinex Partners advised affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. in completing a transaction with MCS Group from a Mongolian law perspective. An affiliate of Cerberus has acquired approximately 20% indirect ownership or notes convertible into equity of seven MCS companies operating in the telecommunications and consumer goods sectors.
